newborn lifestyle session / baby piper

i just did this newborn session yesterday and love it so much i couldn't wait to share the photos with you! baby piper was born just two weeks ago and was an angel baby during the whole session. she stayed asleep the entire time and woke up just a bit at the end to give me a few smiles. her two older sisters were adorable and loved their little sister. this in home family session is the type of newborn session that i love because you get to see a little snippet of their lives as they really are.

big sister aubrey loved piper and wanted to hold her so much, but harper was a little more hesitant so we settled on having her lay beside the baby.

this family had a chicken in the backyard! when harper wasn't loving taking pictures with the baby, we took a break outside for some pictures with the chicken!
